Around Flic en Flac

As soon as you enter Flic en Flac, the village reveals its charms with the Cascavelle shopping centre. Cascavelle's tasteful decoration makes it easy for you to spend time with your family and friends.

The beach is 8 km long, with some parts being a public beach and other parts in front of hotels. If you walk from one side to the other, you will see that the beach attracts a variety of visitors! In the north, the beach starts after a rocky and more rugged part. The south side of the beach offers a splendid view of Tamarin, the neighbouring village of Flic et Flac, which is situated opposite a mountain. Two things remain the same on the whole beach, namely the white sand and the shallow waters.

It is an ideal place to spend your holiday. You will find excellent beaches and a peaceful setting for complete relaxation. It offers a pleasant and charming setting with beautiful white sandy beaches and blue lagoons. Like most of Mauritius, the beach at Flic en Flac is also surrounded by lagoons. This beach is located between the villages of Albion and Tamarin. The drive from Flic en Flac to Port Louis takes about 30 minutes, while the drive to the airport takes about 1 hour.
